He was married first to Luigia Battistuzzo, of Negrisia, on 25 April 1881 in St. Stino di Livenza. They had a son named Carlo Eugenio Angelo Pellizzer, who passed away at two years of age (1880-1882) in St. Stino.
He was then married to Celeste Strada on 21 Oct 1888. She is buried in the family tomb in the Corbolone Cemetery, Italy.
They had one adopted son, Giulio Loroscopi.
He worked for the railroad and the family house was located on the main street into S. Stino di Livenza, with the tracks running behind it.
He died in Vicenza and earlier in his life, he told his son he wanted to be buried in Vicenza, so that his family could visit him. He did not want to be forgotten.
