Caroline Johnson, 80, died on Monday of last week at Fremont. She
was born on September 12, 1862 near Detroit, MI to Mr. & Mrs. Peter
Saispair. They moved to Swaburg in the early 1860's. She married
Ephraim Johnson on April 2, 1882. He died in 1938. She is survived
by 2 sons; Gilbert and Ephraim of Fremont, 6 daughters; Mrs. Hattie
Bowman, of Alliance, Mrs. Laura Scheer, of Burbank, CA, Mrs. Josie
Rowe, of Fremont, Mrs. Edna Skoog, of Saunders county, Mrs. Ida Mae
Allison, of North Hollywood, CA and Mrs. Mary Koeing, of
Minneapolis, MN. One son, Edward, preceded her in death. She was
buried at the Baptist Cemetery, Uehling, NE.
