Cynthia was born to Marion Fogg and the late James Fredrick Fogg (Jan.1972 Woodland Cemetery Newark, NJ) in Martlin Medical Hospital Newark, NJ.

She was educated in the Newark Public school system, where she graduated from Robert Treat High School in Newark, NJ. She later furthered her education by attending Essex County College and Rutgers in Newark, NJ.

At an early age, she was a member of the Holiness Church in Newark, NJ and a member of a gospel group called "The Jackson Singers".

Cynthia worked for Midlantic National Bank for 23 years. She later changed the course of her career and began working at Rutgers in Newark as an Accounting Clerk. She worked with several student organizations on campus.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Darice Fogg.

7 sisters: Arnena Joyner (Ocean Springs, MS), Gloria Fogg Barr, Catherine Wadell, Rosalind Fogg, Evelyn Parham (Milledgeville, GA), Elvira Odum, and Lisa Fogg.

5 brothers: Fredrick Fogg, Norman Fogg, Max Fogg, Oreese Fogg Sr, and Meredith Fogg.

Neices, Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother Robert "Sonny" Fogg
