Mrs. Jacob Friedmann, 92, died Sunday, at an Orange City hospital.

Services were held on Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Friedmann, the former Catherine Schneider, was born Oct. 12, 1885, at Alton. She was married Jan. 19, 1909, at Alton. He died Sept. 3, 1940.

Mrs. Friedmann was a life long Alton resident and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rosary Society, and the church guild.

Survivors include three daughters, Miss Veronica Friedmann at home, Sister De Ricci of Sioux City and Mrs. Wilbur (Lillian) Heuertz of LeMars; two sons, the Rev. Cecil and Joseph of Alton; two sisters, Mrs. William (Clara) Hodatt of Las Vegas and Mrs. Leo (Hilda) Blanchette of Newburg, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
