Cloyd , was born into a large family. We were all so happy upon his arrival, a little guy we could spoil.
He was born with a birth defect but, never let in stand in his way.

He finished high school and then entered the Army and was sent to Germany and served with the 8th Inf. Division. After coming home he married his first wife and they had two children. He worked with his father in his business but it wasn't for him. He moved to New Mexico with his wife and children, but became restless and they soon moved back to Detroit. His marriage did not survive.

He became lost in a maze for many years, and wanting to try and pull his life together he moved back to New Mexico and went to work for a tire company. He went to Western New Mexico University and took Construction Trades and was on the Honor Roll, and found the passion of his life. Here he met his next life mate and had two more children. Once again his life was in a spin and this relationship was doomed also. He left once again for Detroit.

In Detroit he went to work as a over the road truck driver met and fell in love with his last and final wife. He found God at the Shilo Baptist Church and professed his faith and had many happy years, witnessing. Driving the church bus was his way to help out.

He became a Master Mason in a Detroit Lodge and a member of Moose Lodge

Though he never really found the peace he was looking for, he was always ready willing to help whoever he could.

He was wonderful at remodeling old houses, as he did it many times. He would restore them to their one time beauty. He will be greatly missed by his sisters .

Cloyd was taken by Cancer ,the same illness that took his Dad.
