Funeral Saturday For Frank 0. Bittner Funeral services for Frank O. Bittner, 81, retired building contractor and a state representative for four terms who died at heart disease at Deaconess Hospital today, will be held Saturday at 1:45 p. m. at the Leidner Undertaking Home. 2223 St. Louis av. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. Born In Chemnitz, Saxony, Germany, Bittner came to this country as a boy. He was a building contractor for 40 years until his retirement six years ago. He was elected to the house of representatives in 1914. 1918, 1920 and 1926, after which he retired from politics. He lived at 2572 Natural Bridge av. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ursula Bittner of the home, and three sons the Rev. Silas P. Bittner of Kansas City. Herman F. Bittner of Chicago, and Frank O. Bittner, Jr, of 7387 Stratford av. University
