Mrs. Lippincott was the daughter of David W. McCord of New York and East Hampton and the late Fannie McCord; and spent all of her summers in East Hampton until 1930. She graduated from the Westover School. She was a member of the New York Exchange for Women’s Work and the Junior League, and a former member of Grosvenor Neighborhood House. Surviving, besides her husband ind father, are two sons. William J. Lippincott Jr. and David McCord Lippincott; a daughter, Miss Janet Lippincott, and a sister, Mrs. Francis H. Cook of East Hampton
