He is survived by his wife, Beverly Stevens of Cape Coral, Florida; one son, Robert J. Stevens of Yorktown, Virginia; two grandchildren, Lisa M. Stevens Monds of Herndon, Virginia, and Michael E. Stevens of Greenwood, South Carolina; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Levern and Mary Stevens of Mansfield, and Charles and Myrtle Stevens of Appleton, Minnesota; one sister and brother-in-law, Wilma and Jim Bailey of Arcadia, California, and four sisters-in-law, Opal Stevens of California, Isabel Stevens of Florida, and Edna Stevens and Carol Stevens of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Anna; and four brothers, Archie, Leslie, Larry, and Marvin.
Graveside military memorial services will be held Saturday, June 3, 2006, at Mansfield Memorial Park at 2:15 p.m., conducted by Rev. Cloyd Kress. Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. from 1-2 p.m. with Masonic services at 1:45 p.m.
