Dr. Crawford was born and raised in Petoskey, Michgan and graduated from Petoskey High School. At Taylor Univerisity in Upton, Indiana he graduated with honors and moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan where he served from 1964 to 2000 at Cornerstone University (the former Grand Rapids Baptist College.)
He was surrvived by his loving family, many friends and relatives.
