Ophie Coulter, 85, of Parks died Tuesday (Jan. 29, 2002) in Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville.
Born Jan. 12, 1917, in Apollo, she lived in the Kiski Valley all of her life.
Mrs. Coulter worked on the Coulter family farm in Parks.
She enjoyed driving the tractor.
Survivors include a brother, Woodrow Coulter of Parks .
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles C. and Nellie Blanche Walton Coulter.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in DUNMIRE-KERR FUNERAL HOME, 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where services will be at 1 p.m. Friday. Officiating will be the Rev. T.J. McLaughlin. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Apollo.
