We do know that you were an American, for among your remains were buttons from an American military uniform and pieces of brass inscribed with your country's name.
You are everyone's father, brother, husband, and son.
You are everyone's mother, sister, wife, and daughter.
You are our sense of pride, and our sense of loss.
