Author. He was born in Toledo (Castilla-La Mancha, Spain) and died in Madrid. From 1928 to 1931, he traveled around the United States. After the Spanish Civil War he was jailed and later, he was forced to exile. In 1942, he wrote his first Western novel, "La Mascota de la Pradera" for Bruguera Publishers. Until his death, he published around 2.600 short novels, that triumphed in Spain, Latin-America and even the United States, where the Texas University, recorded the books for the blind readers. Other of his titles are "Los Escopeteros", "El Recluso" and "Y Se Hizo un Justiciero".
