Johanna Van Wyk, age 83, of W4445 River Bend Drive, Waldo, died on Saturday, March 25, 2006, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Johanna was born in the Netherlands on February 11, 1923, a daughter of the late Arie and Hendrika (Van Dijk) Kuippers. She attended local schools in the Netherlands. On June 2, 1948 she married William A. Van Wyk in the Netherlands. She was a homemaker, devoted to her husband and raising five sons. She was a member of Hingham Reformed Church, the Lima Lassies Homemaker's Club and enjoyed quilting, sewing, needlepoint and painting.

Survivors include her sons, Arnoldus (Nancy) Van Wyk of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Arie (Sue) Van Wyk of Waldo, Henry (Linda) Van Wyk of Neenah, Anthony (Lou Ann) Van Wyk of Sheboygan Falls and Kenneth (Amy) Van Wyk of Waldo, 8 grandchildren, David Van Wyk, Vicki (John) Bwyra, Peter Van Wyk, Laura (Brett) Hoffmann, Matthew (Tammy) Van Wyk, Benjamin Van Wyk, Samuel Van Wyk and Mary Van Wyk, 2 great-grandchildren, Nicholas Bwyra and Kailey Hoffmann, 3 sisters, in the Netherlands, Jannie (Dirk, deceased) Vanderpol, Janks (Bert) Dekok and Nellie (Sjordt) Lukas, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Wife of William A VanWyk
