Mrs. Blanche Kemps Carlton, of Maggie Valley, N. C., died July 4th. Mrs. Carlton, a former resident of Jacksonville, was a native of New Berlin, Florida. She was the widow of Robert A. Carlton and the daughter of the late David and Georgia Kemps. Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Celestia MacDonald of Maggie Valley and Mrs. Adelaide Newberry of Fort Worth, Texas; 3 grandsons [names withheld by SMS]; 4 great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday in Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Johnson H. Pace officiating. Arrangements by Hardage-Krauss Northside Funeral Home, 4315 Main Street.
