BARANTOVICH, MRS. MARTHA, 60, of 427 Pearl St. Brownsville, died Sept. 19, 1976 in her home.

She was a teacher in the Redstone Twp. Schools and Brownsville area for the past 40 years and had been a guidance counselor at the Brownsville Area Senior High School.

She was born Nov. 15, 1915 in New Salem, a daughter of the late JOSEPH and ROSE LaPRESTA.

She was a member of St. Peter's R.C. Church, Brownsville and the Catholic Daughters of America Court, Brownsville 1141. She was a member of PSEA, the Brownsville Teachers Assn. and the Brownsville Business and Professional Women's Club.

Survivors include her husband, ALEX, principal at Brownsville Senior High School, a son, JOSEPH, three sisters, MRS. LAURA LaTORRE, MRS. SALLY SMART, and MRS. ROSE ORLANDO, two brothers, FRANK and SANTA LaPRESTA.

Burial in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, under the direction of the Andrew J. Skirpan Funeral Home.
