Francis Snider, a former resident of Eureka, died October 17, 1983 at Excelsior Springs (MO) City Hospital. She was 79.
Mrs. Snider was born April 16, 1904 in Orrick, MO, the daughter of William and Ethie Vance Good. She lived here for 50 years, moving to Excelsior Springs two years ago.
Mrs. Snider was married to Leonard Snider, who died in May 1979. For five years the couple managed the Eureka Country Club.
Survivors are five grandchildren and two brothers, Ralph Good, Camden, MO, and James Good, Orrick, MO. Mrs. Snider was preceded in death by a son, Tony Mohesky, and a sister, Mildred Loyd, in addition to her husband.
A graveside service was held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Gowing Funeral Home in Orrick.
