Mrs. Gillie M. Jones Allen, 87, of 105 Teakwood Ave., died Friday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Laughlin-Service Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ralph Moyers officiating. Burial will be in the State Line Cemetery. Mrs. Allen was a member of the Briarfork Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons, Robert Earl Allen of Chesapeake, Va., William C. Allen of Huntsville, James M. Allen of Arab, and Nelson L. Allen of Meridianville; a brother, Cephas Jones; three half-brothers; four half-sisters; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
