Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the Rohland Funeral Home for Jack Youngerman, 65, of 1100 Jackson Blvd., who died Saturday in the Good Samaritan Hospital. Rabbi Steven M. Glazer and Cantor Sidney Keiser of Congregation Beth Israel officiated. Pallbearers were Dr. Harold Krohn, Dr. Charles Lazin, Herbert Levy, Martin Miller, Samuel Berman, and Abe Grosky. He was born in Russia and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was employed by Geller Real Estate. He was a member of Congregation Beth Israel, the Mt. Lebanon Lodge 226 F&AM and the Elks Lodge. Jack courageously overcame severe, physical challenges, to maintain an active life. He is survived by his beloved and supportive wife, Mrs. Anne Geller Youngerman, and two sisters, Miss Lee Youngerman, New York, and Mrs. Rose Abrams, Philadelphia.
