Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Paris Healthcare Center in Paris, Illinois. She was retired after many years as owner and operator of the former Brading Upholstery of Kansas , and also served as a bus driver for Kansas Schools for over forty years.
She was born May 27, 1940, in Charleston, Illinois, the daughter of the late Ora W. and Opal I. (Adkins) Brading.
Survivors include two sons, three daughters, a brother-in-law, ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Brown, Joe Brading, and William Brading; and a sister, Barb Heath.
Mrs. Brading was a member of American Legion Coral Hall Post #539 Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #3601 Auxiliary.
Interment will be private in Fairview Cemetery at a later date. Templeton Funeral Home of Kansas is in charge of arrangements.
