An Oakland native and his wife died Saturday afternoon from injuries received in an auto accident in Kankakee. William H. and Ina Jordan Brading of Bourbonnais were both dead on arrival at 4:40 p.m. at St. Mary's Hospital, Kankakee.
According to Kankakee police, the Brading car was on Illinois 50 when it apparently crossed lanes and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
Mr. Brading was born in Oakland, son of Ora W. and Mary C. Trinkle Brading. He married Ina Jordan Dec. 24, 1973 in Kankakee.
Funeral services for Mr. Brading will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Waddington Funeral Home, Tuscola. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Tuscola Cemetery. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary Griffin of Tuscola; sister, Mrs. Dale (Geri) Smith of Tuscola.
Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Brading are incomplete at Gilbert Funeral Home, Christopher.
