He married Anna Bernice Stricker; they had two daughters and one son. He was preceded in death by his father in 1949, his mother in 1967, his wife in 1986, by his son, Allen Lee, in 1995, and his daughter, Sandra Marlene Martinez, in 1998.
He remarried in 1989 and is survived by his wife and his daughters.
