Mrs. William F. Nemetz, 61, formerly of 1609 S. 15th St., Manitowoc,
died Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and
at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. D. L.
Krembs officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Nemetz, the former Florence E. Vogt, was born at Manitowoc June
27, 1903, daughter of the late Henry and Minnie Witt Vogt. She was
married to William Nemetz June 12, 1926, at St. Boniface Catholic Church,
Manitowoc. He preceded her in death July 3, 1959. She was a member
of St. Theresa Society of St. Andrew parish.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Marilyn) Brault and Mrs. John
(Delores) Broderick, of Manitowoc; two brothers, Edgar and Henry Vogt,
of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Edgar Hansen, of Manitowoc and Mrs.
Aaron Kerscher, of Waukegan, Ill., and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the
Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. by the parish, members of St. Theresa
Society and Daughters of Isabella.
