Phillip (Phil) Collins was the son of Thomas and Rhuhammie Radford Collins. He had these brothers and sisters: Armilda, Martha, Abe, Rebecca T., Nancy, Eli, America (Meck), Maggie, Fannie, Mandy, and Emily. He married America Estep and they had these children: Speed, Bart, Ida, Maude, and Sophie. He married second Alice Bowling and they had these children: Caleb, Lester, Elsie, Magalene, Luker, Myrtle, and Stella.
