KULBE Robert "Russell" Kulbe, 45, a life long resident of Jacksonville, passed away on June 6, 2010. He was a member of West Jacksonville Church of Christ and enjoyed decorating. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerome Jilek, his sister, Barbara Graycochea and nephew Chad Kulbe. Survivors include his father, Bob Kulbe, his mother, Athaline Jilek (Jim), his brother, Dwight Kulbe, sisters, Elaine Schneider, Renea Mason, Ann Jilek, Sally Bailey, and Debbie Fowler, Nephews and nieces, Lamar Kulbe, Tina Trigg, Paul Schneider, Jessica Lawhern Jennifer Kulbe, Kuluna Graycochea Lehua Rounds, Ely Graycochea and Hank Jilek, several great nieces and nephews, and his partner in life Mark Pittman.
