Ethel Athaline Jilek, age 83, passed away, Monday, July 25, 2011. She was a native of Camp Creek, West Virginia and has lived in Jacksonville for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Myrtle Meadows, sons; Jerome Jilek and Russell Kulbe, a daughter, Barbara Graycochea and a grandson, Chad Kulbe. She is survived by her husband Jim Jilek, son, Dwight Kulbe, daughters, Elaine Schneider, Sally Bailey, Renea Mason, Mary Garcia, Ann Jilek.
