Mrs. Frank Kadow, nee Evelyn Detjen, of Manitowoc route 3, died Monday at the Holy Family hospital after a long illness. She was 24 years old.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Leschke Funeral Home and at 9:30 at the St. Andrew's Catholic church, the Rev. Henry Lets officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. The body will lie in state after 7 o'clock this evening at the Leschke Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kadow was born May 2, 1917, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Detjen of Manitowoc route 3. She was married to Frank Kadow in May 1939.
Surviving her are her parents, widower, one daughter, Lou Ann, a sister, Marion Detjen, and two brothers, Kenneth and Reinhold Detjen, all of Manitowoc route 3.
