The 8th of 9 children, born in Esbjerg, Denmark, Mr. Frandsen immigrated to the USA and directly to Rawlins, WY in the spring of 1886.
Building upon extensive experiences gained in merchandising, he built up the Ferguson Mercantile Company to the largest enterprise in western Wyoming, serving as president and principal stockholder.
