Ada "Granny" Robey of Sikeston, was raised by her grandparents, the late John and Clair Morlan, was born in Greenbrier, Missouri on August 18, 1923, and passed away at her home in Sikeston, Missouri on December 17, 2014, at the age of 91 years.

She lived in the Avert, Missouri area most of her life and moved to Sikeston 24 years ago. She worked at the International Hat Company for many years. After her retirement she was a Foster Grandmother at Southeast Elementary School in Sikeston.

On August 12, 1939, she was married to Delfis Harding Robey in Avert, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 3, 1991.

Surviving are one daughter, Frankie Sullins of Sikeston, Missouri; three grandchildren, Mike Robey of New Madrid, Missouri, Fonda Dodson of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Dean Robey of Dexter, Missouri; three step-grandchildren, Ron Sullins of Norfolk, Virginia, Beckey Crumpecker and Pam Eldridge both of Sikeston; five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Delfis Martin "Moe" Robey and one son in law, Chuck Sullins.

Friends may visit on Saturday, December 20, 2014, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014, at 1:00 pm at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with Bro. Ray Duffey of Cape Girardeau officiating.

Interment will be in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
