Sandoval died April 4. He was born Jan. 27. 1921 in San Mateo.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII and retired from Ft. Wingate Army Depot in 1973.
Survivors include his wife Edna M. Sandoval of Gallup; sons, David Sandoval, Dennis Sandoval, and Craig Sandoval, all of Gallup; daughter Gleda Sandoval-Haddrill; sisters, Elisa Delgado and Dena Munoz; six grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
Sandoval was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Ramona Sandoval; brothers, Juan Sandoval Jr., Gabriel Sandoval, and Hermilo Sandoval; sisters, Emma Chavez, Ramona Pea, Cecelia Baca, and Rose Barela.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Tobe Turpen Elementary School cafeteria after services.
