Matilda Dorzweiler, a homemaker, died March 12 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was 87. Memorial mass will be 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Hays, Kan. Interment will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery.

She was born April 11, 1901 in Hays.

She was married Sept. 20, 1921 to Melchior Dorzweiler. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include three daughters, Mary Brown, Louisville, Ky., Adrian Dorzweiler, Gunnison, and Alma Rose Young, Leavenworth, Kan.; a brother, Bill Dreiling, Fresno, Calif.; a sister, Lucy Owens, Gettysburg, S.D.
