She was born to John Benjamin and Wilma L. Cummings on August 2, 1926 in Newkirk, Oaklahoma. Wandalea married Edward Miller on March 30, 1962 in Kentucky.
She was a member of the Frist Baptist Church in Norman and loved volunteering at Norman Regional Hospital. Her passions included world traveling and her artwork.
She is survived by son Don Allen of Hominy, Ok ; grandson Duke Allen fo Jermyn, PA. granddaughters Debbie Post and husband Lance of Pen Argyl, PA and Joy Dawn Allen of MN, great granddaughters Megan and Lauren Post of Pen Argyl, PA; and niece Tina Moore of Lexington, OK.
