Minerva blessed our lives for a short time during 2013. At 3 years old, we adopted her from people who loved and cherished her but could not take her with them when they moved. We fell in love right away and enjoyed every moment we had with our precious baby girl. Sweet, cuddly, and playful, she was a joy to be with. Sadly, on the evening of March 29, 2013, we watched in horror as Minerva was killed in an unexplained and freak accident. She was buried beside our house and a memorial rose bush was commemorated in her honor. She will be forever loved and missed.
