Lorraine Springer Brooks, age 89 of Brookshire Lane London, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. She was the mother Sharon Kidd and husband Bob, Susan Fiechter and husband Mike all of London, Kentucky, Luann Lee and husband Mike of Altavista, Virginia, and Hank Brooks and wife Donna of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene Springer and Geane Robinson Springer, and by one sister, Janna Shaw. Funeral services for Lorraine Springer Brooks will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 AM at First Baptist Church of London, Kentucky will Dr. Terry Lester officiating. Burial will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park
