In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Earl Biebel, and a son-in-law, Michael Lee.
She is survived by four daughters, Carol Fedei and her husband Barry of Fairview, Cindy Biebel Whitcomb of Lexington, Ky., Amy Biebel Lee of North East, and Jackie Carr and her husband Dennis of Perry, Ohio; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Frank Rogers of Alabama, and [C. Randall] Bud Rogers of Waterford; a sister, Erna Rogers Morrell of Erie; and many nieces and nephews.
