"Mrs. Baltuff Dies at 86. Mrs. Joseph M. Baltuff, 86, 1818 James Av. S.,
died Thursday. Private services will be held Saturday at Lakewood
Cemetery. Mrs. Baltuff donated the staff building at Lyman Lodge, YWCA
Camp at Excelsior in 1956. The donation was in memory of her daughter,
Margaret Baltuff Hay. Mrs. Baltuff was a life member of the YWCA and of
the Utopia Club, and a charter member of the Women's Club and the
Thursday Musicale. She was a guarantor of the Minneapolis Symphony
Orchestra. Surviving are a brother, Harry Rowatt Brown, Minneapolis; a
granddaughter, Suzanne Hay, and a great-grand daughter, Sharon Hudson,
Pittsburgh, Pa."
