I am using the following information. from the "Wolcott Genealogy : The Family of Henry Wolcott by Chandler Wolcott; c. 1912 and Pioneer and patriot families of Bradford County, Pennsylvania C. 1913.
Lucy White was the daughter of Capt Daniel White and Elizabeth Bliss.
She married Joseph French abt 1730. They were blessed with 4 children. In August of 1740 Joseph and their 4 children all died from a smallpox
epidemic within a few days of each other. The bodies were cremated as was the custom to control further outbreak.

Lucy survived the epidemic and wed Josiah Wolcott on April 23, 1740 in Saybrook, Pennsylvania. Together they were blessed with twelve children, per books of the early 1900's..Lucy also died from another out brake of smallpox in 1760
