Little Leonard Nelson Wheeler infant son of Mr and Mrts Elmer A Wheeler died very suddenly at the home of his grandparents, Friday July 28 at 5 am. While playing he suddenly took ill and from which he never recovered. His sickness was Cholera Infantum and he only lasted a few hours.
He was born at Lamar, May 27, 1904 He died 28 July 1905 making him one year, two months and 1 day old. He seemed to be a favorite among most people as he would smile and talk to anyone.
'Tis sad to have a loved one taken away on such short notice, but he is safe in the arms of Jesus.
Mr Wheeler was away from home at the time of his childs death and the sad news was a severe blow to him.
Rev Ruckle preached an appropriate sermon and a large congregation of friends followed his remains to Killy Cemetery at 10 am Saturday when he was given his last resting place.
