Fay L. Berstein
Services for Mrs. Eliot M. Berstein, aged 40, of 3825 N. 54 Blvd, were held March 24, 1965. Interment was in Spring Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Berstein, the former Fay L. Abrams, was born in Milwaukee., Wisconsin, and attended Washington high school. She was a member of Congregation Beth El Ner Tamid and served on the board of the sisterhood.
She was the first president of the Memorial Chapter of B'nai B'rith, president of the Henrietta Szold Chapter of Hadassah, and an officer of the 53rd Street School PTA.
Mrs. Berstein is survived by her daughter, Ellen, at home; sister, Mrs. Jack (Shirley) Langer; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Abrams; and her grandmother, Mrs. Anna Brown, all of Milwaukee.
