Bruce and Kay were married at the El Rancho Hotel in January of 1956. In the fall of 1968 Bruce and Kay opened Latham’s Stockmen Store on Santa Fe Ave., Grants, NM. After 30 years of being in the western wear business, they closed their store and retired.
Kay’s life was truly her family. Kay is preceded in death by her parents, Pistol and Billie Navarre and grandparents, Tex and Eddie Hargus. Kay has touched the lives of so many people and was so dearly loved by many. Kay was truly as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. Kay had a sweet and loving heart. Kay will be so missed by all her family and very dear friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 400 Nimitz Dr., Grants, NM. Services will be on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Grants, NM. Burial will follow at Pioneer Memorial Park in Bluewater, NM.
