The funeral of Mrs. Della Ladd, 2138 N.E. Halsey street, who died Wednesday at Physicians and Surgeons hospital, will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Riverview crematorium.
Born November 12, 1871, at Red Oak, Ia., she had lived in Portland since the late 1870s, when her parents came west. She was a charter member of the Albina Pioneer association and a member of the Corriente club.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lois Beard and Jane Ladd Helzer, both of Portland, and two grandchildren. A son, William R. Ladd, was killed during the war in the Philippine Islands.
