Published in The Paducah Sun, Paducah, McCracken Co., Ky., 11 Jan 2007 - HICKMAN, Ky. -- Vada Crawell, 65, of Hickman died at 12:40 a.m. Wednesday at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
Mrs. Crawell was a native of Hohenwald, Tenn., and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are one son, Jackie Crawell Jr. of Hickman; two daughters, Penny Gail Boone of Greenfield, Tenn., and Debbie Ann Weeks of Hickman; one brother, Buddy Staggs of Tiptonville, Tenn.; one sister, Glenda Easley of Clinton; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Crawell Sr. Her parents were Lloyd and Cicila McClean Staggs.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Strong Funeral Home with the Rev. Henry Callison officiating. Burial will be in Hickman City Cemetery.
