Bernice A. Randolph, 90, of Lodi, passed away early Tuesday in a local hospital.
Born of Lodi pioneer parents, George and Nellie LeMoin, who were the owners of the first Lodi Hotel. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Lodi Union High School in 1918. She then attended the University of California in Berkeley. She married Albert J. Randolph in 1920. She is preceded in death by her husband. Mrs. Randolph was a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star-Lodi Chapter #150, Lodi Women's Club, Lodi Garden Club, Lodi Camera Club, and the Woodbridge Golf and Country Club. She enjoyed traveling extensively in Mexico and the Colorado River desert country along with her late husband.
Mrs. Randolph is survived by: two daughters, Virginia Nell Melcher of Stinson Beach, California, and Flora Jane Gorman of Petaluma, California; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
