Devoted grandmother to Adrian, Patrick, Christopher, and Caroline Noyes, and to William B. and Ryan Cleere. Frieda Cleere was a resident of Oakland for more than 20 years after living for many years in Brooklyn. No funeral services are scheduled. A memorial service will be held in January at the Westlake Christian Terrace, Oakland
