Hazel G. Lenze, only child of Walter and Effie Applegate, was born at Council Grove, Kansas June 19, 1896, and passed away at the Perry hospital February 23, 1961 at the age of 64 years, 9 months and 5 days.
On November 25, 1911 she was united in marriage to Chas. Lenze at Woodward, Oklahoma. Two children were born to this union, a daughter and a son.
Survivors are her husband Chas. and son Charles William, his wife Coral, nine grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law Fannie Gertrude and Howard Cassady, one grandson and two great grandsons.
