MADISON/STURGEON BAY/GREEN VALLEY, ARIZONA — Mrs. Clark Byam (Carol Sheldon) formerly of Madison, died in Arizona in June 1992. Carol was born in Lyndon Station, Wisconsin in 1913, and resided there during her childhood. She was graduated from Mauston High School and also attended the Wisconsin School of Music for two years. On February 27, 1937, she was married to Clark Byam and they made Madison their home. While in Madison, Carol was employed by the State of Wisconsin Unemployment Compensation Department and later by AAA Travel Division (World Wide Travel). After her husband retired from West High School, they moved to Sturgeon Bay, where they lived for several years, spending their summers in Door County and their winters in California and Arizona. As of November 1991, they made Green Valley, Arizona their permanent home. She is survived by her husband, Clark; a sister, Mrs. lone Luettgerodt of Claremont, California; and several nieces and nephews. Interment is in ROSELAWN CEMETERY, Madison.
