James A. Grubb died of Bright's Disease at his home near Arbela, Saturday October 3, 1903, after a lingering illness, aged 65 years, 11 months, and 7 days.  Deceased had been ailing for some time with kidney trouble and his death was not a surprise to his friends.  He was one of our substantial farmers, a highly esteemed citizen, a good neighbor, a kind and devoted husband and father.  Better still he was an ardent member of the M.
