MIDDLEPORT Ellene (Adrian) Clark of Beechwood Nursing Home, Getzville, formerly of Florida and Johnson Creek, died early today at Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, after a long illness.
She was born Nov. 22, 1911 in Akron, daughter of the late Lloyd and Rose Blackmore. She had lived in Johnson Creek most of her life and was a dietician at Mount View Hospital in Lockport for 33 years, retiring in 1973, at which time she moved to Florida.
She was very active in the Home Bureau, both in Florida and Johnson Creek and was a member of the Lockport Zonta Club.
She was wife of the late Thomas Adrian who died in 1974, and of the late George Clark who died in 1981.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Dorothy) Kendrick of Lockport and Mrs. John (Frances) Houseman of Wellsville; three grandchildren, Kimberly and Ryan Kendrick of Lockport and Allison Houseman of Wellsville; two sisters, Mrs. Bertram (Onnalee) Bruce of Medina and Mrs. Thomas (Jean) Walker of Ft. Myers, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Tuesday (2-4, 7-9) at the Bates, Wallace and -Heath Funeral Home Inc., 38 State St., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Everett Hendrickson officiating. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
