Paul F. Denk, age 81, formerly of 1112 S. 16th St., Manitowoc, who has been residing at Park Lawn Home for the past 2 1/2 years died Wednesday, August 3, 1994, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, August 8, 1994, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St;. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Gerald Pursakowski OFM with burial to follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born July 5, 1913, in Branch, son of the late Joseph and Mary Handel Denk. He married the former Edna Ruether on October 23, 1934, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Manitowoc. She preceded him in death June 29, 1979. Mr. Denk was employed at Mirro Aluminum Company for 30 years retiring in 1977 and was a member of the Machinist Local #516.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Bernice and Robert Kolar, Manitowoc; a daughter-in-law, LaVerne Denk, Manitowoc; a son-in-law, Anton Krepline, Valders; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Kotowski, Miss Anna Denk, and one brother, Mr. Richard Denk, all of Manitowoc; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Dolores Krepline, one son, Kenneth Denk and one sister, Miss Elsie Denk.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.
