Mrs. Josephine Seidenglanz, 83, formerly of 524 S. 26th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient five weeks. Funeral services will be at 9:30 am Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc and at 10 am at St. Paul Catholic church. The Rev. Clement R. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
The former Josephine Lange was born May 29, 1877 in the Town of Carlton, Kewaunee Co., daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Pelner Lange. She was married to Michael Gallenberger Sept. 26, 1905 and the couple came to Manitowoc in 1918. He died Nov. 16, 1940 and she was married Sept. 1, 1952 to Joseph Seidenglanz. He died Aug. 5, 1956.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Walter Kempka of Manitowoc; two step-sons, Col. Leonard Seidenglanz of Falls Church, Va., and Alfred Seidenglanz of Plaquemaine, La.; two step grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 pm Friday where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm.
