Gerald R. Holschbach, 47, of 3223 Clover Road, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, March 14, 1990, in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc and 11 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Rev. James J. Stamborski will be the Celebrant of Mass of Christian Burial.
Mr. Holschbach was born December 11, 1942, in Manitowoc, son of the late Alois and Lillian Ackerman Holschbach. He attended Manitowoc schools and served in the United States Army from 1962 until 1965. Mr. Holschbach had been employed by Burger Boat Company of Manitowoc and most currently by the Boiler Makers Union Local 107 of Milwaukee.
Survivors include a son, Brain Holschbach, serving with the United States Army in Baumbolder, Germany; two daughters, Devy Holschbach of Bloomington, Minnesota and Tory Holschbach, a student of University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold and Grace Holschbach of rural Manitowoc, John and Rose Mary Holschbach and Orville and Shirley Holschbach, all of Manitowoc, Fritz and Ruthie Holschbach of Sheboygan Falls; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Lucille Walsh, Ethel and Vic Meyer, all of Newton, Clara Ann and LeRoy Wagner and Elaine and Milt Wetenkamp, all of Manitowoc; a sister-in-law, Theresa Waack of rural Manitowoc; nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Leonard, Arthur and Earl.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, 9 a.m. Saturday morning and until the time of service. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
